The stylish restaurant "Promenade" offers exquisite Russian and European cuisine in a modern interpretation by a talented metropolitan chef. Located on the Volga embankment in the heart of Plyos, it opens up an incredibly beautiful panorama of the river with gracefully passing boats, yachts, and steamships.
The restaurant occupies a two-story building with spacious halls and a cozy summer terrace. The interior decor reflects the atmosphere of old Plyos. Artistic murals on the walls depict spring and summer landscapes. Thanks to these murals and paintings, the restaurant always has a summer mood, even in the autumn and winter months.
On the first floor, there is an impressive bar counter with wooden decor, an arch, and street lamps framing the view of the brick oven - the heart of the restaurant's kitchen. Here, on real coals, the main dishes from the menu are prepared. The second floor is adorned with mirrored decorations reminiscent of the shimmering surface of water, visually expanding the space. Upholstered furniture, natural wooden table surfaces, and cozy sofa cushions create a sense of comfort and coziness.
The menu offers a variety of Russian and European dishes prepared using fresh local products. Attention to detail and the use of traditional recipes in a modern interpretation make each dish unique and unforgettable.
