Restaurant “Plyos Beer House”
Family restaurant with its own brewery
A historic brewery and restaurant in the heart of the city, proud of its tradition of brewing beer since the 18th century. Here, they offer a rich selection of dishes, their own beer, and tinctures based on secret recipes passed down by an Austrian master to the local merchant Fyodor Averin. In 2012, a cache with these recipes was found, which are now adapted for modern equipment to brew unfiltered beer of the highest quality.

The restaurant is located in the very center of the city on the banks of the Volga and combines exquisite Russian and European cuisine in a modern interpretation. Artistic murals create a summer mood all year round, while the bar counter, wooden decor, and brick oven on the first floor add coziness. The menu features a variety of dishes made from fresh local products according to traditional recipes in a modern interpretation.

A cozy place where Russian culinary traditions are carefully preserved. Only fresh, seasonal, and local products are used here: fish from Volga fishermen, meat from farmers, vegetables from the garden. The menu includes signature dishes such as Volga fish soup, roast of three types of fish, homemade pasta, and infusions. Two restaurants on the premises offer guests a choice between quiet breakfasts on the veranda and lively gatherings in the large hall with billiards.

A unique gastronomic project in the chef's table format, located in an old wooden house on the banks of the Volga. The menu features two tasting sets, each revealing different aspects of Russian culture and the traditions of the Ivanovo region through modern culinary interpretations. The Grand Sova Hotel's restaurant is an authorial establishment where culinary traditions and creative approaches harmoniously blend. With two halls — one with a fireplace and wine cellar, the other with panoramic windows overlooking the Volga — and a veranda offering a magnificent view of the river, it offers dishes based on regional products and ancient recipes. Special attention is paid to presentation and choice of tableware, turning each dish into a work of art. The wine cellar stores homemade liqueurs and preserves.

The café in the Ivolga eco-park is a cozy place with transparent walls and delicious dishes, including signature desserts and drinks. On warm days, the summer terrace is open, where you can listen to the birds singing and feel the forest aroma, while in cooler times, you can sit by the warm fireplace with a blanket and hot tea. This café is perfect for family relaxation.
Restaurant “Sophie”
Modern Volga cuisine and historical traditions. The menu is based on the recipes of chef F.I. Shalyapin and dishes made from local products, including seasonal sets with salads, soups, mains, and desserts. A small hall with 25 seats is perfect for romantic dinners and business meetings, and the views of the Volga, especially during sunsets, create a unique atmosphere.
