The hotel restaurant “Grand Sova” is a place where culinary traditions meet creativity. There are two halls: one with a fireplace and a wine cellar, the other with panoramic windows overlooking the Volga. In summer, a veranda opens with a magnificent view of the river. The restaurant's menu reflects a love for regional products and ancient recipes: here you can try cabbage rolls made from coltsfoot, waffles with dandelion syrup, farm goat cheeses, as well as traditional Russian dishes such as borscht with prunes and herring under a fur coat. The restaurant's wine cellar holds a collection of homemade liqueurs and many homemade preserves, turning every dinner into a true gastronomic adventure.
