About the cuisine and menu

The restaurant menu is based on regional products, homemade preserves, and ancient Russian recipes. Here you can try white mushroom caviar, reindeer fillet with cloudberries, borscht with ox tails, baked sturgeon or sterlet, homemade cheeses and liqueurs, as well as other dishes made from local products. The menu includes both signature gastronomic positions with unusual presentation and familiar Russian dishes: rassolnik, fish soup, salads, and desserts.

Restaurant at the Boutique Hotel “Grand Sova”

An exclusive gastronomic space at the hotel with a cozy atmosphere, two small halls, and a veranda overlooking the Volga and Plyos. One hall is decorated with a fireplace and a wine cellar, the other with panoramic windows facing the river. The restaurant is designed for just a few tables, maintaining a calm and intimate atmosphere for leisurely relaxation. Special attention is paid to table setting, interior details, and the choice of tableware. The restaurant also features a cellar with homemade liqueurs and preserves.
