About the Hotel
“Usadba Plyos” is a comfortable boutique hotel located in the historic part of the town of Plyos, Ivanovo region, near the picturesque embankment and surrounded by a grove where nightingales sing in spring.
The architecture and design of the hotel, developed by local architects and artists, create a cozy atmosphere of a Russian estate. The original building was constructed in the 1950s and has been rebuilt several times. During the renovation, its exterior was preserved as much as possible, but the interior underwent significant changes, allowing for the creation of a comfortable and cozy mini-hotel with beautiful decor.
The estate features several gazebos and a barbecue area, as well as a parking lot. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, mini-fridges, and private bathrooms with showers, bathrobes, slippers, and individual toiletries. Some rooms have a cozy living area.
The estate also houses two restaurants. One is a cozy veranda with a terrace, ideal for quiet breakfasts. The second restaurant, with a large hall and billiards, is designed for lively gatherings and friendly feasts. The restaurants serve dishes made from seasonal and local products, such as mushrooms and berries, meat from local farmers, as well as homemade pickles, jams, dumplings, and vareniki. Special attention is paid to fresh fish from local fishermen and cheeses from a local cheese factory.
The menu is updated every season, and the chefs regularly learn new cooking techniques. This place is known for its homely coziness and friendly atmosphere, making it ideal for banquets and celebrations. The ability to pre-order dishes for arrival makes staying here even more comfortable and enjoyable.
