The hotel is located in the eastern part of Plyos, at the very end of the embankment, surrounded by a pine forest. There are eight rooms of different categories on the premises—from compact and functional to spacious apartments with a view of the Volga. All rooms are furnished with care for comfort and equipped with everything necessary for long or short stays. Natural materials are used in the interior decoration, and the design is kept in a restrained, homely style.

Hotel with Private Beach

Within walking distance are the hotel's private beach and the new city beach "Levitansky Shore," which has become one of the few comfortable places for swimming and relaxation on the Volga within the city limits of Plyos. This is especially valuable in summer: guests can sunbathe, swim, and spend time by the water just minutes from their room.

At the beach, hotel guests have free access to paddleboards and rowing boats, and group river trips on a raft are organized. Additionally, e-foils can be rented or guests can try wakeboarding.
