  • Our Answer to Cheesecake

    "Kuleechnaya" is the younger sister of the historic "Kuvshinnikova Coffee House," named after the kuleyka - a Plyos cottage cheese cake, a local specialty. It is located in a small old house in the central part of the Plyos embankment.

    Here you will find a good selection of tea, coffee, and cocoa (which can be made with plant-based milk!) and fresh pastries from our confectionery workshop - kuleyka with homemade toppings, honey cake with baked sour cream, and "elephant ear."
