The Polyakov House can accommodate up to three guests: a family with a child, a couple, or a VIP on a business trip. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed), a bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a mini-kitchen with a microwave.
The western facade faces the bank of the Shohonka River at its confluence with the Volga, and the garden offers views of the river and Cathedral Hill. Actor Andrey Merzlikin has stayed in the house.
